MassageMassage
Massage therapy can be focused on one particular modality or a combination. In my experience I have found that a combination of modalities is the most effective. Everyone has various pressure preferences that can be incorporated in our typical massage sessions. Instead of dividing time and cost between Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities, we are happy to combine both to create the optimally effective massage session for our clients. 30 minutes ~ 35 | 60 minutes ~ 65 | 90 minutes ~ 95 Hot Stone Massage Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. A hot stone massage therapy session promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body while we incorporate a customized massage, with the use of more hot stones to enhance the benefits. 60 minutes ~ 75 | 90 minutes ~ 95 Pre-natal Massage Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling). In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension -- which aids in better sleep -- and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes. 30 minutes ~ 35 | 60 minutes ~ 65 | 90 minutes ~ 95 |

Helpful during detoxification, post plastic surgery, and for lymphedema. 60 minutes ~ 80 Facial Reflexology Our face contains numerous nerves and blood vessels. Its close proximity to the brain insures facial stimulation as the shortest pathway to the brain center, offering an more efficient effect in balancing ones health concerns. The stimulation works through the Central Nervous System to specific organs and systems to regulate your blood, lymph, body functions and hormones. This complementary therapy is designed to assess the underlying cause of the ones compromised health, yet also assist with the treatment of symptoms. Face Reflexology is deeply soothing. Often we don’t realize the tension and stress that our facial muscles are holding transmitting to our entire body. This tension is created by mundane activities: chewing, grinding teeth, tired or straining eyes, even laughing. Our faces are the first locations we exhibit our emotions or suppress them. With Face Reflexology, stimulation of the points and zones trigger release of endorphins and serotonin, so one comes away relaxed and rejuvenated. The deep smooth massage steadily releases the tension and balances the central nervous system helping the body to heal itself. 30 minutes ~ 30 |
