I have been practicing Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in the Ruston, Louisiana area for over 18 years. During this time I have confirmed what I always suspected... Massage is a good, good, thing! Not only does it provide stress and pain relief, but it does so much more. Massage boost your immune system, acts as passive exercise,  and increases flexibility.

In my practice I take a very therapeutic approach to the massage and bodywork session. I like to talk with my clients before we begin and determine with them what the best approach is to their session that day. I draw from a variety of modalities such as; therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, aromatherapy, and hot stone massage.

I work in 30 min., 60 min. and 90 min. Monday ~ Saturday from 10 am ~ 7 pm. Sessions and prices start at $25.
